Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Eskilstuna track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pink Nutcracker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Glorious Lilac sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Carlos Zita accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Carlos Zita was still in the lead after 2000m.



Kræfter Honorere was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Carlos Zita kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Pink Nutcracker won. Carlos Zita came in second. Glorious Lilac caught third place.
