One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Parfum could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Pampered Daffodil galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Blushing Orchid, Coughing Thinker, Famous Pie, Malkin Vitto, Modest Jewel, Parfum, Giggling Fiesta, Stretching Madame.




Famous Pie took the lead after 1000m. Blushing Orchid didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Famous Pie today. It continued in the lead. Stretching Madame galloped for 50 m.



Parfum litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Famous Pie sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
