One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Villum found a gap and took the lead. Jumping Band followed before Rex Francorum.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

The leader got disturbed by something and Rex Francorum took the lead rather easily.

Rex Francorum was still in the lead after 1500m.

Rex Francorum kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Jumping Band won the race after a spectacular finish.
