One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Yakuza Superior sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Hannu Torvinen wanted a little to much in the start and Kookpunt galoped for 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Paper Cut sprinted to the front.




Criminal Sliver Lady looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Yakuza Superior couldn't come out from behind the leader, Paper Cut.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Paper Cut followed by Yakuza Superior and Mumrik. Lane two Criminal Sliver Lady followed by Kookpunt and Criminal Stunning Girl.



Criminal Sliver Lady speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Paper Cut sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
