One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





La Vie Noire could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Slow Play, La Vie Noire, Silver Thrasher, Big Muscle, , , , . Big Muscle was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




La Vie Noire sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Slow Play saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




La Vie Noire took the lead.



Slow Play speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Silver Thrasher galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




La Vie Noire won the race after a spectacular finish.
