The sun was shining on Hankasalmi and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Irrati tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Crucifix that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Jolly Lemon, Crucifix, Irrati, , , , , . Irrati started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
