One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Proud Nikita tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dribbling Striker that came steaming ahead.

Dribbling Striker was in fine shape and held the lead.

Avvocato Del Diavolo sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Avvocato Del Diavolo was still in the lead after 1500m.

Zalaffi was first on the homestretch followed by Avvocato Del Diavolo and Dribbling Striker.

Proud Nikita never caught up with Zalaffi who won. Avvocato Del Diavolo came third.
