The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Borella. Sexiest Man Alive ended up behind the leader. Grasping Galaxy got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Sexiest Man Alive, Borella, Aggressive Mind, Grasping Galaxy, Stretching Hope, , , .




Stretching Hope sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Grasping Galaxy saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Aggressive Mind galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Grasping Galaxy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
