Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Flordalie. Danger ended up behind the leader. Running Sound got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Windsor Hof sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Animaniac accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Flordalie gallopped for 30 m.



Animaniac sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Conrads Nostromo Ameste sprinted over the finishline before Running Sound and Windsor Hof.
