One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Love Comes First was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

Love Comes First was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Love Comes First was still in the lead after 1500m. Snowy Speed galloped for 40 m.

Funkhousers Law was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Love Comes First kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Snowy Speed sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
