One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Galant Hoff sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Zeus to trotting so they were disqualified.

Fawltys Ticking Grove quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Thunder Master started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Sulfur sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Lieutenant Plan galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Galant Hoff looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

No Fear suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

No Fear didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
