It had been raining for several days at Drammen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nessla Pic Bayle found a gap and took the lead. Beusichem followed before Riotstarter.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Riotstarter sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
