It had been raining for several days at Solänget but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fearless Samurai could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Dollar Collector saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Gothic Star who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Dollar Collector was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Dollar Collector was still in the lead after 1500m. Quilly Du Marais started to gallop after 1500m and Åke Svanstedt had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Travis Des Fawlty was first on the homestretch followed by Dollar Collector and Portable Tiger.

Comfortable Box was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




Fearless Samurai made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Travis Des Fawlty.
