The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Solid Comet. Buyme Rebel ended up behind the leader. Caresse got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Caresse was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Buyme Rebel followed by Caresse and Calming Steel. Lane two Old Rocker followed by Solid Comet and Prince Cash.



Solid Comet kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Caresse kept the speed the whole finish and won before Buyme Rebel and Solid Comet.
