One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Alverà could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Purple Wardrobe suddenly started to galop. Jan Roar Mjølnerød had to struggle to get Purple Wardrobe to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




Purple Wardrobe quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Alverà who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Brown Knight looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Networq couldn't come out from behind the leader, Purple Wardrobe. Alverà galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Purple Wardrobe showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Networq won the race after a spectacular finish.
