The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Marsannay found a gap and took the lead. Cosmo Duff Gordon followed before Light Buzz.




Sad Lovebreaker saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Maximum Box sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Maximum Box today. It continued in the lead.




Maximum Box didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Marsannay was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.



Maximum Box looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Wie Ein Wind galop. Wie Ein Wind lost 30 m.




Maximum Box didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
