It had been raining for several days at Solvalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Green Eggs And Magpie was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Gold Prince was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Gold Prince was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Waiting For The Moon was still in the lead after 1500m.

Prag On Fire was still in the lead after 2000m.

Prag On Fire kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Winston Hof never caught up with Freemans Law who won. Gold Prince came third.
