One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Verso Perfezione could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Modrić The Man started to galop and lost 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Cool Ice sprinted to the front.




Benzema The Man took the lead after 1000m. Salami didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Benzema The Man followed by Cool Ice and Modrić The Man. Lane two Verso Perfezione followed by Falling Drama and Salami.



Benzema The Man looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Cool Ice galop. Cool Ice lost 30 m.




Verso Perfezione sprinted over the finishline before Falling Drama and Modrić The Man.
