It had been raining for several days at Dannero but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Vanheden Superior could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Sad Plan galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Dribbling Titan saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Restoux took the lead after 1000m. Jolly Fiber didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

With only a little left of the race Dribbling Titan galoped for 30 m. Jolly Fiber took the lead after 1000m. Curletto didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Restoux sprinted over the finishline before Jolly Fiber and Vanheden Superior.
