The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Halmstad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Untz Untz Superior was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and T.P Oxzygo sprinted to the front.




Sunday Maid looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Untz Untz Superior couldn't come out from behind the leader, T.P Oxzygo.




T.P Oxzygo was still in the lead after 1500m.




T.P Oxzygo sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



T.P Oxzygo kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sunday Maid sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
