Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Årjäng track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nessla Nicotine sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Stepping Wave suddenly started to galop. Kristian Lindberg had to struggle to get Stepping Wave to tror again and succeded after 20 m.




Embellie quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Solid Platinum who started to galop and lost 10 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Stopping Gossip took the lead rather easily.




Nessla Nicotine accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Nessla Nicotine kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Stepping Wave galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Nessla Nicotine kept the speed the whole finish and won before Jarramas and Netú.
