One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hurricane Gilbert found a gap and took the lead. Pampered Nova followed before Power Mind.




This is the positions after 500m. Power Mind, Hurricane Gilbert, Padgett, Borups Linnea, Witchcraft, Pampered Nova, , . Pampered Nova galloped way to long and was disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Witchcraft who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Padgett sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Winner of todays race was Padgett. Power Mind came in second. Hurricane Gilbert became third.
