It had been raining for several days at Visby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Girl Talk could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Platinum Muscle, Nessla Odetothemets, Aggressive Mind, Vallerie, Girl Talk, , , .




Vallerie took the lead after 1000m. Nessla Odetothemets didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nessla Odetothemets accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Aggressive Mind galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Nessla Odetothemets was still in the lead after 2000m.



Vallerie speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Aggressive Mind galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Girl Talk made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Nessla Odetothemets.
