Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Kieft took the lead after a very quick start. Narkissos Zet saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Palo Alto Superior looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Begbie Lore couldn't come out from behind the leader, Narkissos Zet. Carlos Plaxton galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Begbie Lore looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Begbie Lore didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Carlos Plaxton was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m. Nouveau showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Begbie Lore kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Winner of todays race was Begbie Lore. Narkissos Zet came in second. Age Like Havarti Cherry became third. Results
