One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Front Boulder sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Bouwmeester quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Chokladkenny was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Bouwmeester clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Bouwmeester was still in the lead after 1500m.



Bouwmeester kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Øystein Tjomsland tried a little too much on the homestretch and Front Boulder started to galopp and lost 20 m.
