The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glorious Trap was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Ginger Nutcracker quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Sudden Fox who started to galop and lost 30 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Step Aside showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Ginger Nutcracker today. It continued in the lead.



Ginger Nutcracker sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Lenita All Over sprinted over the finishline before Tranquil Sunflower and Glorious Trap.
