One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lödder tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Loving Diary that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Loving Diary clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Loving Diary today. It continued in the lead.



Loving Diary sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Loving Diary kept the speed the whole finish and won before Gustave Eiffel and Lödder.
