One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Couronne tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Walking Meadow that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Couronne was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Cunning Paladin looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Couronne couldn't come out from behind the leader, Walking Meadow.
