One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sliding Gladiator was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Sleeping Sapphire, Destination, Second Stop Hill, Sliding Gladiator, , , , .




Destination took the lead after 1000m. Second Stop Hill didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Destination today. It continued in the lead.



Destination looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Second Stop Hill made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Sliding Gladiator.
