One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Steel Machine found a gap and took the lead. Rosewood followed before Mr Plura. Brave Vixen was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




Steel Machine was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Rosewood looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Against Some Odd couldn't come out from behind the leader, Steel Machine.

Rosewood won. Steel Machine came in second. Mr Plura caught third place.
