One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fierceful Angel could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Fierceful Angel was in fine shape and held the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Sherman Firefly took the lead rather easily.




Clever Platinum looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Sherman Firefly gallopped for 50 m.




Clever Platinum didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Clever Platinum kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Clever Platinum. Fierceful Angel came in second. Sherman Firefly became third.
