One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lansink tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Speedy Play that came steaming ahead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Charming Soldier sprinted to the front. Competitive Dragon was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Curly Summer sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Chef looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Lansink started to gallop after 1500m and Olav Mikkelborg had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Chef sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

Chef looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Speedy Play sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
