One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Madame Bovary could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Santtu Raitala wanted a little to much in the start and Madame Bovary galoped for 20 m. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. driver couldn't keep Whatever Duchess to trotting so they were disqualified. The leader got disturbed by something and Robber Robert took the lead rather easily. Robber Robert was still in the lead after 1500m. Madame Bovary took the lead. Lost In Transmutance suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. Madame Bovary sprinted over the finishline before Lost In Transmutance and Aurélie.
