Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Drammen track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Celegorm tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Guilty Commissioner that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Celegorm started to galop and lost 50 m.




Guilty Commissioner was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Super Ace looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Celegorm couldn't come out from behind the leader, Guilty Commissioner.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Guilty Commissioner today. It continued in the lead.




Guilty Commissioner was still in the lead after 2000m.



Celegorm was first on the homestretch followed by Super Ace and Guilty Commissioner.






Super Ace won the race after a spectacular finish.
