The sun was shining on Romme and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Relaxing Thinking took the lead after a very quick start. Pierre Vercruysse wanted a little to much in the start and Relaxing Thinking galoped for 20 m.




Piccolo Ameste quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Mon Fenicas Cherry looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Infamous Informator couldn't come out from behind the leader, Piccolo Ameste.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Piccolo Ameste today. It continued in the lead.



Piccolo Ameste sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Stepping Cash made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Dragonpol.
