One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sophisticated Top. Jolly Drama ended up behind the leader. Mad Summer got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. driver couldn't keep Trembling Rose to trotting so they were disqualified. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Jolly Drama was disturbed and galoped 20 m. The Loophole was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Mad Summer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Jolly Drama couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sophisticated Top.
