It had been raining for several days at Lindesberg but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Blackwyche found a gap and took the lead. Wondering Brightness followed before Tranquil Thought. My Own Champion suddenly started to galop. Kenneth Haugstad had to struggle to get My Own Champion to tror again and succeded after 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Wondering Brightness, Tranquil Thought, Blackwyche, Péponnet, Floating Sunshine, You Still Smile, My Own Champion, .




Tranquil Thought took the lead after 1000m. Wondering Brightness didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. My Own Champion galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Wondering Brightness looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race My Own Champion galoped for 50 m. Wondering Brightness sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Blackwyche sprinted over the finishline before Wondering Brightness and You Still Smile.
