One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





De La Warr Ameste found a gap and took the lead. Sly Moment followed before Backstabbing Garden.




Sly Moment saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




De La Warr Ameste sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Sly Moment never caught up with De La Warr Ameste who won. Backstabbing Garden came third.
