The sun was shining on Åmål and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Gabrielle. Weerom Voort ended up behind the leader. Nessla New Fang got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Couronne sprinted to the front.




Nessla New Fang took the lead after 1000m. Weerom Voort didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nessla New Fang followed by Anticipating Mb and Rosa Parks. Lane two Weerom Voort followed by Couronne and Gabrielle.




Nessla New Fang didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Couronne galoped for 30 m. Nessla New Fang were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Nessla New Fang kept the speed the whole finish and won before Weerom Voort and Anticipating Mb.
