It had been raining for several days at Eskilstuna but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Backstabbing Jewel sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Mika Forss wanted a little to much in the start and Against Some Odd galoped for 20 m.




Growing Fist saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Against Some Odd took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Against Some Odd followed by Maximum Printer and Backstabbing Jewel. Lane two Peasant followed by Garbutt and Growing Fist.



With only a little left of the race Fritze Wulff galoped for 10 m. Against Some Odd kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Maximum Printer made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Peasant.
