One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Salami tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Striking Wind that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Expensive Wonder, Salami, Stepping Amazon, Keep Coming Back, Striking Wind, Moving Cube, Ultimo, Polished Stereo.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Expensive Wonder was still in the lead after 1500m.




Keep Coming Back seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Ultimo gallopped 20 m after 2000m. Fosforo Vox was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Keep Coming Back kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Moving Cube sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
