One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Over There could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of Flying Detroit who started to galop and lost 30 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Purple Sunflower took the lead rather easily.




Calming Folder saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Purple Sunflower suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Over There made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Purple Sunflower.
