The sun was shining on Halmstad and it was a perfect day for trotting. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Linguine tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Nessla Manofmanymoney that came steaming ahead. Scheherazade Hof saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. The leader got disturbed by something and Linguine took the lead rather easily. Linguine was still in the lead after 1500m. Nessla Manofmanymoney put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Nessla Manofmanymoney sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Winner of todays race was Nessla Manofmanymoney. Narkissos Timashow came in second. Linguine became third. Results
