Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Tornio track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gimli Glider Cherry could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Lying Velvet sprinted to the front. War Of My Time was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Fritze Wulff took the lead after 1000m. Lying Velvet didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Lying Velvet accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. E-motion galloped for 30 m.



Lying Velvet kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Petteri Joki tried a little too much on the homestretch and Fritze Wulff started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Fanchone sprinted over the finishline before Lying Velvet and Gimli Glider Cherry.
