One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Adelise tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dedicación that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Julien sprinted to the front. Fernande started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Julien was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Julien was still in the lead after 1500m.




Julien was still in the lead after 2000m. Portable Lion gallopped 20 m after 2000m.



Julien kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Adelise won the race after a spectacular finish.
