One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Focused Momentum was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Confident Beard started to galop and lost 40 m. When the startcar left the field Carmelo started to galop and lost 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Durand sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Confident Beard accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Pointing Glitter gallopped for 20 m.



Confident Beard were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Focused Momentum won the race after a spectacular finish.
