The weather had been good all week and Solvalla was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Connolys Law. Lets Shake It ended up behind the leader. Isola Ameste got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Ruotsi Sisu started to galop and lost 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Ojsan Episk Springare, Ruotsi Sisu, Lucky Lily, Tornado M.n., Lets Shake It, Isola Ameste, Buyme Rebel, Cohens Law. Connolys Law was disturbed and galoped 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Polished Striker who started to galop and lost 50 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Ojsan Episk Springare was still in the lead after 1500m.

Ojsan Episk Springare kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Ojsan Episk Springare looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Buyme Rebel galoped way to long and was disqualified. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Ruotsi Sisu galop. Ruotsi Sisu lost 40 m.

Cohens Law sprinted over the finishline before Lucky Lily and Tornado M.n..
