One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Trembling Biscuit could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

The leader got disturbed by something and Trembling Biscuit took the lead rather easily.




Happy Behemoth looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Tiny Paladin suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Gold Michael Maze won the race after a spectacular finish.
