It had been raining for several days at Bollnäs but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Esmee sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Péponnet quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Péponnet who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Portable Cube sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Portable Cube followed by Péponnet and . Lane two Esmee followed by Shy Angel and .




Esmee put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Portable Cube was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Shy Angel was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Esmee looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Esmee. Péponnet came in second. Portable Cube became third.
