One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Platinum Energy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tranquil Thought sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Royal Highness who started to galop and lost 50 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Nero Diavolo galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Marrit accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Tranquil Thought gallopped for 50 m.

Marrit were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused De La Warr Ameste galop. De La Warr Ameste lost 40 m.

Marrit didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
